Perform technical site analysis, competitive/keyword research, and link analysis on an ongoing basis.
Develop & implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including all advertising networks, Display Advertising, Pay-Per-Click, Email Marketing, and Social Media Campaigns.
Identify the target audience for a particular media campaign and decide how best to communicate to that audience
Run A/B testing Campaigns
Analyze results, maximize ROAS and proactively optimize running campaigns by adjusting advertisements (creative) and all other levers at your disposal such as rates, placements, day-parting, geo-targeting, etc. to ensure that CPA goals are met.
Ensure that the adverts run accurately so that the desired media message is seen and/or heard by customers.
Manage budgets and produce spending updates throughout the campaign
Cultivate fresh ideas and discover new opportunities based on data analysis, trends in the digital marketing space, and new brands/products being launched
Collaborate with colleagues in other departments such as social, creative, data, and Category Managers to ensure smooth, consistent, and effective campaigns
Create, execute and monitor advertising strategy and build a picture about the target audience
Presenting media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns, helping the management to reach a final decision about the future advertising strategy.
Advising the creative team and the management about the most effective media combination
Obtaining the best advertising rates that fit with the agreed media strategy
Managing budgets and maintaining advertising spend records.
Maintains media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, optimization, and invoice reconciliation
Required knowledge and skills:
Excellent understanding of online media planning
Understands how digital fits in the overall brand marketing/media strategy
Proficient in using standard online media research and planning tools (Nielsen Net Ratings, Double Click)
Ability to work with modest media budgets.
Excellent understanding of how PPC fits into the wider area of digital marketing.
Strong Experience using tools such as Google AdWords (Search and GDN) and Facebook.
Excellent command of the English language.
Knowledge in key areas of marketing ( social media, content marketing)
Analytical and data-driven mindset. Able to synthesize information and turn insights into actions
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies.

+2 years of Media planning experience at a digital marketing agency.
Strong mathematical abilities are required.
Experience using DoubleClick, ComScore, Nielsen Net Ratings, Google Analytics, and other media tools.
Strong writing, presentation, and strategic and analytical thinking skills.
Able to work independently and have excellent time management skills.
